Signal models for T1 mapping.

Provides SPGRSignalModel (VFA) and LookLockerSignalModel as BaseSignalModel subclasses, enabling registry-driven dispatch and integration with the shared fitting infrastructure.

Bases: BaseSignalModel

SPGR signal model for VFA T1 mapping.

S(alpha) = M0 * sin(alpha) * (1 - E1) / (1 - E1 * cos(alpha))

where E1 = exp(-TR / T1).

Look-Locker inversion recovery signal model.

Model parameters: T1_star (apparent T1 in ms), A (steady-state signal), B (signal amplitude).
